Designed to meet requirements of P.C. Section 872(b), this special video-based course is intended to certify in-service officers with less than five years experience to testify to hearsay evidence in preliminary hearings. The program explains what Proposition 115 (the Crime Victims Justice Reform Act) means for peace officers and covers key topics of investigation, reporting, and testifying.
