The High tech Crimes telecourse is a documentary-style program, broken into ten content segments that range from seven to fifteen minutes in length. There are two audiences and two broad goals for the program. The first is to convince law enforcement management that high tech crime is a problem that must be pro-actively addressed, and secondly, to give peace officers the information and strategies they need to effectively prevent and respond to high tech crimes. The benefits of team work and cooperation, with other law enforcement agencies and with private industry, will be stressed throughout the program.
