This second program in the two-part series focuses on effective techniques for interrogating a suspect. Uses a sexual assault scenario to illustrate key aspects of interrogation, including rapport-building, nonverbal vs. verbal communication, detecting signs of deception, admissions and confessions, and documentation. The telecourse provides the conclusions of three more scenarios--a domestic violence call, robbery, and drive-by shooting--to show proper interrogation tehcniques.
