Provides the fundamental elements of warrant service and safe building entry tactics with emphasis on officer safety. After an introductory segment, part one gives an overview of the major phases of making a building entry or serving a warrant, including planning, briefing and staging, making the entry, evidence, documentation and debriefing. Part two of the telecourse contains scenarios illustrating proper planning and executing of entries and warrants.
