Gangs and Drugs: How Gangs Operate  
 
The first in a two-part telecourse series on gangs and drugs, this video provides a comprehensive current look at the way gangs work. The program teaches officers how to identify criminal street gangs, then goes inside two state prisons to discover how prison gangs influence gangs on the street.
