Designed to train peace officers to recognize and respond to potential terrorist activities, this program reveals that a major threat to our country's security is coming from within its prisons that have become fertile recruiting grounds for homegrown terrorists.

The program shows how officers can most effectively deal with the growing threat of radicalization; discusses how the inmate radicalization process works and highlights specific recruitment indicators. The video teaches how to identify suspicious activities within correctional facilities and on the street, and provides mechanisms for reporting suspicious activities to the appropriate investigative and intelligence authorities.
