The role of the training officer is among the most important in any law enforcement agency. It is the training officer who is charged with passing on the values and culture of the agency, making certain the new generation of field officers continue the agency's mission and philosophy.
This program reviews several facets of contemporary law enforcement training— from a look at today’s trainee, to strategies that training officers may use to address attitude, conflict, intervention, and remediation.
